Digital Magnehelic Differential Pressure Gauge

6,490.007,670.00

Magnehelic gauges are low pressure differential devices to measure very low pressures between two pressure sources. It works using a capsule bellows element and are suitable for use on clean dry gases.

SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Housing: poly carbonet
  • Accuracy: ±2-3%  of FS at 60°F
  • Overpressure: Relief plug opens at approximately 25 psig (1.72 bar),
  • Temperature Limits: up to 60°C).
  • Size: 4″ dial.
  • Mounting Orientation: Diaphragm in vertical position.
  • Process Connections: 1/8″ female NPT duplicate high and low pressure taps – one pair side and one pair back.
  • Standard Accessories: Two 1/8″ NPT plugs for duplicate pressure taps, two 1/8″ pipe thread to rubber tubing adapters and three flush mounting adapters with screws. (Mounting and snap ring retainer substituted for three adapters in MP & HP gage accessories.

APPLICATIONS:

The Magnehelic gauge is the industry standard to measure fan and blower pressures, filter resistance, air velocity, furnace draft, pressure drop across orifice plates, liquid levels with bubbler systems and pressures in fluid amplifier or fluidic systems.
