Where is the product shipped from?

  • All Your orders are shipped from Mumbai through a registered courier company at your doorstep.
  •   In case, the delivery address is not reachable by our courier company, it will be dispatched via Speed Post or Regular Post.

When is the product(s) shipped?

Orders are shipped within 2 business days of confirmation of payment for prepaid orders.

How long will it take for the product(s) to reach us?

  • Purchased products will deliver at your doorstep within 7 to 10 business days from the date of the order made between 9 AM – 8 PM during Monday to Saturday and plus 1 business day for orders made between 6 PM – 9 AM during Monday to Saturday or Sunday. If the product(s) are sent via Speed Post or Regular Post, it will take longer to reach the delivery address.
  • Regardless of the courier company, a unique tracking id will be provided via mail or text for your reference.
  • Please note it can take longer during Festive and Sales Rush . We rely on our delivery partners to successfully deliver within their recommended service time frames.

Where will the product be delivered?

Delivery of all orders will be to the mailing address as provided by you at the time of placing your order. The delivery address cannot be changed once the order has been dispatched.

What are the shipping charges?

 Shipping will be on a chargeable basis for PAN India for all orders.

 

Will a copy of the invoice be sent with the product(s)?

As per laws of the Land, we are obliged to send the Invoice copy along with the package as a part of the shipping document including for any order made for Gifting purpose

Who can receive the product(s)?

Goods receipt will need to be signed upon delivery. If you can’t be there to sign for your delivery, please suggest an alternative person; a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, “Insert Company Name” will not take responsibility for products signed by any alternative person.

What happens if the product is damaged?

We take extreme care in our packaging but in certain situations, there may be some damage to the products. In case the package shows signs of leakage or is showing obvious damage, we request you to notify us immediately. Goods once accepted cannot be returned. 

All claims for shortages/damages must be reported within 24 hours of delivery at “sales@nishkainstruments.com” along with a clear image of the product that has been damaged 

If the products are damaged we will send a replacement after the mail and images have been reviewed, but we do not provide a refund for the order.

 

How can I get Cash On Delivery for my orders?

  • To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD.
  • You cannot open the box without making the payment at the time of delivery
  • No credit/debit cards are accepted at the door under the Cash on Delivery method
  • The order can not be rejected at the time of delivery 

How do I know if COD is available for my Pincode?

If you want to know whether your area is serviceable or not, you can call us on “8928307018” (between 11 am – 6 pm, Monday – Saturday) or email us at “sales@nishkainstruments.com” and provide your PIN code. We will inform you within 24 hours.
